Workmanship warranty
All our work carries a written workmanship warranty. It covers the way we carried out the job: preparation, application and finish. The details for your job are set out in your quote.
Dulux Acratex render and coating systems
We’re licensed by Dulux Acratex. When we install a complete Dulux Acratex system, from the specified primers and render through to the texture coating, the system can carry the manufacturer’s system warranty in addition to our workmanship warranty.
The system warranty applies to the full specified system. Mixing products from different systems, or coating over work we haven’t prepared, can mean it doesn’t apply, so we’ll confirm in the quote.
Kerakoll waterproofing systems
For balcony and leak repairs we use Kerakoll waterproofing systems. A full Kerakoll system, installed to Kerakoll’s requirements, carries the manufacturer’s system warranty as well as our workmanship warranty.
HeliFix crack stitching
HeliFix crack stitching can be warranted by HeliFix. For that to happen, the process is:
- Engineer’s report and repair design. An engineer we nominate inspects the cracking and prepares a report and repair design.
- HeliFix approval. HeliFix head office reviews and approves the design.
- Installation and warranty. We install the repair to the approved design as a licensed HeliFix installer, and HeliFix warrants the job.
Crack stitching carried out without an approved engineering design is covered by our workmanship warranty only.
Which warranty applies to my job?
- New render or recoat with a full Dulux Acratex system: workmanship warranty plus Dulux Acratex system warranty
- Balcony or leak repair with a full Kerakoll system: workmanship warranty plus Kerakoll system warranty
- HeliFix crack stitching with an approved design: workmanship warranty plus HeliFix warranty
- Everything else: workmanship warranty

Our warranties are in addition to the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which include guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill and are fit for the purpose you were told about.
